2. Data, purposes and legal basis

When you request information or a quote, we process your name, business or establishment, telephone number, email address, town, comments and selected configuration.

We use this data to answer the enquiry, prepare the requested proposal and maintain the necessary communications. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject. Where an enquiry is unrelated to a contract, the basis is the consent expressed when it is submitted.

We will not use this data for advertising without separate, optional and specific consent.

3. Required data

Fields marked as required are necessary to manage the request. Without them, we may be unable to process it correctly. We do not make automated decisions or create profiles using the data received.

4. Retention

Requests that do not result in a commercial relationship will be retained for no longer than 12 months for follow-up and possible incidents. If a contractual relationship begins, data will be retained while it remains in force and afterwards for the statutory periods required to address liabilities.

5. Recipients and providers

Data will not be sold or disclosed to third parties unless legally required. Providers of hosting, website maintenance or email services may access it as processors subject to the appropriate contractual safeguards.

The website contains links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps and manufacturer websites. Opening them takes the user to external services that process information under their own policies. We do not automatically send form data to those platforms.

6. International transfers

The form is processed through the WordPress and email systems configured for this website. If a technology provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards required by the GDPR will be applied, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

7. Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent where it is the legal basis, by writing to infortel@infortelcd.com. Please include enough information to identify yourself and specify the right you wish to exercise.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you believe that the processing does not comply with the law.

8. Security and updates

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk to protect data against loss, alteration or unauthorised access. This policy may be updated when processing activities or applicable law change.
