Workplace monitoring with respect for privacy
- Inform staff and, where applicable, their representatives in advance; display visible signage.
- Capture necessary areas only. Never staff toilets, changing rooms or rest areas.
- Access for authorised people only. Audio disabled by default.
- Ordinary retention of up to one month, except legally justified preservation.
The owner must validate the purpose, notices and applicable obligations before using the system.
